REGISTRATION

MEMBERS, COMPETITORS & OFFICIALS

• MAF Membership: Individuals, organizations and businesses interested in supporting our efforts may register for annual memberships.
• Competitor Registration : individuals wishing to compete in scheduled tournaments or anticipate in seminars
• Demo Teams: individuals or groups wishing to provide a demonstration of martial arts skills
• Officials/Judges : qualified instructors willing to help officiate competition events.
• Ring Coordinators : individuals willing to coordinate competitors with their divisions.
• Scorekeeper/Timekeepers:  individuals willing to monitor competition scores and time

 VENDORS

• Vendor Initial Registration Form:  organizations that wish to have an on-site presence at tournaments or seminars.
• Vendor Final Registration Payment:  If you are making your final payment.

SPONSORS

• Sponsor Registration : individuals or organizations that wish to support tournaments or other activities with a financial donation
